Being the face and voice of a fabulous hotel is one of the most important roles within a successful hospitality business, and this Receptionist role in Falmouth has no exception.

Your great communication and organisation skills will be showcased throughout all you do, whether meeting and greeting visitors or demonstrating your friendly and warm personality on the phone. In return for you hard work, you will feel a genuine sense of achievement and pride as you work alongside a fantastic team, exceeding the needs of guests and representing the business right from the very first encounter. There will also be plenty of support during your 32-hour working week, with an excellent General Manager and diverse and respectful people creating a great working atmosphere with teamwork at the forefront.

- Previous experience within a similar role will be really important to hit the ground running. So we'll need to see your CV demonstrating experience of meeting and greeting, taking reception calls and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Opera experience is also a must, ideally, you'll be a bit of a whizz and confidently know your way around
- You'll also need to have high attention to detail alongside good admin and IT skills.
- Weekend availability will be essential too, naturally Saturday and Sunday can be rather busy in peak season, so flexibility within the team to cover these shifts is important.
- The MOST important part is having a real desire to ensure guests have the best time (this includes the human and canine kind). A positive and smiley approach is vital, and it really does go a long way to develop relationships and boost hotel reputation.
