We're seeking a talented individual to join our team located in Flint. As a Baker/Cake Decorator, you'll play a crucial role in creating delicious treats and visually stunning cakes for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Baking a variety of goods, pastries, and cakes
- Decorating cakes with precision and creativity
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of baked goods
- Adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborating with the team to meet customer demands
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a baker, with expertise in cake decorating
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in working hours, with availability on Thursdays and Fridays
- Willingness to take on additional hours and adapt to varying shifts
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a bakery setting

**Work Schedule**:

- Initially, 10-16 hours per week (Thursdays, Fridays)
- Flexibility for early morning, school hours, or night shifts
- Potential for expanded hours based on performance and business needs
