We are working with an IT Managed Service Provider that predominately operate in the Education sector. Our Client are a leading provider of ICT Solutions to UK Public Sector and Private Sector organisations of all sizes with the vision to
- make a true and lasting impact on the way IT is sold. As our client have progressed, they have built strong partnerships, with globally recognised companies, including Microsoft, HP, Dynabook, Intel, Lenovo, Cisco Meraki, Blancco and Acer.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **
- Be able to translate customer needs in high level solutions designs.
- Communicate with the relevant teams to understand our products, technologies and Services.
- To make sure to continuously help develop solutions by providing feedback from the field.
- Being able to prepare model RFP's and response to customer RFP's.
- Conduct training and technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Understand competitor offerings and provide input to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation.
- Handle post-sales escalation and resolve issues, by coordinating and working with all internal and external stakeholders.
- To help in developing Statements of Work and Bills of Materials
- Attend and lead customer business meetings with and without Business Development Managers
- To be able to recognise, support and assist in the scope and pricing of Professional Services work
- To oversee project implementations as well as being able to implement agreed design where necessary

**Essential Qualifications**:
- Full driving licence
- Good understanding of technologies such as campus networking (L2/ L3), datacentre, cloud, collaboration, and security.
- Networking technologies including: - In depth TCP/IP knowledge and experience - Knowledge and experience with technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, ACLs, QoS, VLANs, VPN, BGP, DHCP, WAN and LAN environments, remote-access technologies

**Essential Experience required**:

- **
- The ability to lead complex technical engagements
- Having experience of customer requirement scoping and estimation
- Having strong customer focused experience, explaining ideas and solutions
- Having experience and expertise in Cisco, Cisco Meraki and Aruba.
- The ability to pick up new ideas and concepts quickly and develop them into commercial propositions.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco and Cisco Meraki product sets
- 5 years' experience working in a customer facing design and implementation role
- Experience of customer interactions with technical staff.
- Network design and best practices
- Being able to create high-quality proposal and architecture design documentation from customer engagement
- HLD and LLD experience
- Experience using Cisco Enterprise Networking as a whole
- Experience in technical delivery work including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting etc.
