Given the growth at Efficio, we are looking for Management Consultants to support our growing service offering in sustainability.
We operate on hybrid working pattern that combines both remote work and on-site presence. As part of our dedication to meeting client and business needs, flexibility to travel is essential.
Accountable to a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading specific workstreams on consulting projects. Your key role is to:

- Provide technical oversight for successful delivery of carbon foot printing.
- Ownership and development of process documentation and tools.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling and ensure timely delivery.
- Quality check and sign off all calculations and reporting outputs for GHG workstream.
- Conduct sustainable procurement maturity assessments using Efficio’s matrix.
- Support a wide range of projects - regulation reviews, carbon baselining, sustainable PTOM.
- Input into business development, including developing technical proposals.
- Provide support and guidance to Efficio Business Analysts / Junior Consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
- Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.

**Essential Requirements**
- Proven ability to manage large complex client projects.
- Effective communication, with the ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience as a sustainability or energy consultant or in a related role.
- Significant experience developing complex carbon footprints (all scopes and categories).
- Very strong understanding of carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, PCAF, ISO 14064).
- Very strong experience in modelling decarbonisation against targets and target methodologies (SBTi etc).
- General consulting experience, including conducting workshops and developing strategies.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Demonstrable sustainability, climate, ESG, carbon knowledge with specific finance sector experience
- Experience delivering consistent measurement and verification protocols (ISO 14064)
- Finance / business education - e.g., Business, Accounting, Economics - including financial modelling.
- Accreditations - IEMA, GHG Institute, GHG Protocol, any finance related.
