Cover Receptionist

Treat is family owned business looking for a flexible experienced receptionist to cover holidays and sickness, on a zero hours contract to start ASAP. The shifts that we need cover for are when our other two receptionists are off.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Cleaning of toilets and reception area at the start of shift.
- Meeting and greeting clients on entry.
- Making bookings using an easy to use booking software.
- Adjusting practitioners schedules/rooms where required.
- Dealing with treatment enquiries.
- Overseeing the shift according to the scheduled plan.
- Other basic admin jobs.

You will be supported by Treat's Rebecca Geanty, who will be mostly on shift to help with any questions, and will always have access to support if Rebecca is away.
