Movac Group Ltd is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our team, to drive sales and ensure an exceptional user experience for our customers. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day trading of our eCommerce sites, analysing and monthly reporting on current eCommerce trends and metrics to maximise sales and profits.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the day-today trading of the eCommerce sites, to maximise sales and profits
- Manage and confirm orders on various marketplaces.
- Monitor daily sales, stock, and generate reports.
- Track live stock levels (monthly stock check), best sellers and out of stocks.
- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, working with the marketing team.
- Manage the content creation across all marketplaces and ensure all product listings are clear and complete.
- Respond to customer queries without delay, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies for existing stock, new product launches and promotions.
- Create innovative ways to increase both traffic and conversion.
- Resolve any technical issues and problems with user functionality, to ensure an exceptional user experience for our customers.
- Update platforms in line with user expectations to create a consistent and integrated experience for our customers.
- Manage eCommerce sites security and payment gateways
- Attend branch to ensure continuity of eCommerce activities to cover sickness, holidays and/or busy trading periods.

We are looking for someone that has:

- Previous experience in eCommerce trading (i.e. Amazon, e-bay). Knowledge of Channel Grabber would be desirable.
- A good understanding of SEO principles and Google analytics.
- Working knowledge of all eCommerce key performance indicators and the factors that affect performance.
- A good understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes and systems and is practical and process driven.
- Good interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team as well as working on their own.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, able to create, run and update reports on a regular basis.
- A proven track record in making a positive difference to eCommerce performance, especially conversion rate optimisation
- An eCommerce/Digital Marketing qualification would be desirable.

This is a full-time, office based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid). Working 3 days at our Cambridge Branch in Royston and 2 days at our Coventry Branch.
