**Material Handler**

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing shipments: palletizing, shrink wrapping, labelling, and crating.
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments by hand or forklift
- Verify inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of each shipment/pallet material and transfers into final location based on stores allocation.
- Clean and maintain staging/dock areas, ensure they are always organized and in good housekeeping.
- Support in inventory counts and updating stock levels in ERP systems
- Perform delivery and pickup based on schedule and support material transfer between facilities.
- Provide supports to other logistics areas as required

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience of data entry and working with ERP system such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take owner ship to drive positive change
- Self starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Ability to operate forklift (pallet jacks, manual and electric pallet lifters).
- Ability to drive a small non-commercial truck for local deliveries.
- Attention to details, especially with documentation
- 1 year of previous driving experience
- Valid driver’s license Category B
- Ability to accurately use measuring instruments - ie tape measure and calipers
- Ability to react to frequent schedule/routing changes
- Physically able to frequently lift/move metal product weighing up to 25kg
