The Marketing Manager role sits within the Marketing team, who’re responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support Newmedica in delivering its growth targets. It’s a small team with a big remit - they ensure the Newmedica brandis positioned and promoted in an engaging and relevant way for all audiences and stakeholders.

**Overview of the role**

The Marketing Manager will take responsibility for implementing the marketing strategy, with a particular emphasis on developing and delivering an engaging and innovative content strategy.

This is a real, hands on, sleeves rolled up kind of role. It’s ideal for a flexible, can-do person, who loves finding solutions to new challenges and wants an opportunity to make a genuine mark in a rapidly growing business.

**So what will I be doing?**

You’ll be taking the lead to implement the strategy - it’s a doing role and we’re looking for a doer who loves variety in their daily life.

We’ll be looking to you to develop content to further build engagement with our external referrers (Optometrists, Opticians, GPs) as well as ensuring we’re really understanding patient feedback. As such you’ll be well versed in creating and implementingcreative content.

You'll be helping to develop the Newmedica brand, through the communications you create, to ensure we’re always positioned in the right way with our audiences. You’ll take a hands-on role updating and developing our website, while also working closely withour referrer team to support referral growth and interactions, including management of exhibitions.

As we’re a nationwide company we’ll look for you to support with exhibitions and on-site events, which will help increase our brand reach, as well as visiting our clinical services and offices.

**What experience do I need?**

You’ll bring with you significant experience developing content for use across social and press. And that means you’ll need to be an accomplished copywriter and have excellent attention to detail.

You'll be well versed B2B and B2C marketing, as well as enquiry generation, and will be comfortable conducting analysis on campaigns. You’ll be used to managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

In summary we’re looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager, with plenty of experience developing exciting and engaging content. Ideally, you’ll have experience in another private health care company however you could also have worked agency side and workedwith health care clients.

**_The role is home based but preferably for the purpose of team logistics and clinical site locations we’re looking for people who are based in the Midlands, Oxfordshire or the Southwest. _**
