We are currently seeking a talented, experienced and passionate
**Supervisor** to join our Glendevon Afternoon Tea Service team.
- The on target earning potential for this role is £12.73 / hour - comprising a base salary of £11.25, plus a qualified estimate of £1.48 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
- Your working pattern will be between 24 - 30 hours per week, across our 4 service days; Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The start of shift may vary slightly depending on breakfast demands, however finish will remain consistent at 6pm.

- Taking pride in driving the team to provide luxury service; nurturing and developing talent, ensuring your passion and expertise is lived through others, through training and support for team members in and out of service
- You’ll intuitively read the room, anticipating, and fulfilling the expectations of our guests; always warm, thoughtful, professional, and well groomed, you play your part in ensuring luxury service is our signature
- Developing strong relationships with the Culinary team, you’ll work together to demonstrate that shared passion, clear communication, and living our values is what truly galvanises the team and drives excellence
- You’ll work alongside strong and experienced senior Food & Beverage leaders, who share your passion for the very best in food, drink, and people leadership
- You’ll be confident and engaging with guests, ensuring they leave pampered and indulged from their afternoon tea experience
- In the managers absence, trusted to be the face of the Glendevon in the Managers absence, in the restaurant and in Senior Staff Meetings
- Ability to work alone and think under pressure; dealing with our guests requests, accommodating their needs and handle any complaints professionally
- You will be trusted with personal information and finance; being financially astute and able to run a profitable department alongside your manager
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
