We are seeking a motivated and talented Science Specialist with a strong background in chemistry or physics to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our company's mission and contributing to ground-breaking developments, converse directly with clients and travel to conferences to workshop and demonstrate **Crystal**_Grower_.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a **Crystal**_Grower_ expert able to use the software to solve complex real-world problems.
- Conduct research and calculations related to crystallisation processes for clients.
- Train clients in the use of **Crystal**_Grower_ to tackle a variety of issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present research findings to colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, client meetings, and collaborative projects.
- Conduct marketing activities to acquire new business, including engagement with social media.
- Prepare written documentation and video guides to assist in training procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., chemistry, physics, materials science, chemical engineering, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to different countries as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to research challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Full driving licence (allowing travel in the UK)
