We’re looking for a** Reception Team Leader **who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail, work with and lead the reception team and has a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- taking reservations,
- dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
- check-ins and check-outs,
- taking payments, checking ledgers and balances
- be a point of reference for more complex queries, including group bookings
- coach reception colleagues
- rota, coach and develop team

We are currently looking for a team leader to work around 30 horus per week, over a range of shifts inlcuding earlies, lates, evenigns nad weekends.
