We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project manager to work for a national builders merchants.

You will be expected to work on a Hybrid basis from the office based in Wakefield.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Significant experience of delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions in a national or international multi-site business
- Extensive experience and understanding of agile methodologies - able to demonstrate continuous improvement within teams and regular high-quality deliverables
- Demonstrable experience of delivering large projects as a project manager or a work-stream lead through the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Working with and managing external partners or suppliers and with product owners to deliver using agile delivery methods. Familiarity working with nearshore or off-shore resources in blended teams to deliver planned work to target is a core competence.
- Deep understanding of digital technology and a genuine interest in eBusiness trends in the marketplace, and a track-record of integrating front end digital solutions into a range of integrated services to drive rapid benefit realisation and business performanceimprovements.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively, this includes influencing and negotiating with suppliers, stakeholders and partners to define and deliver a demanding roadmap
- Prior experience of transforming digital delivery or of helping to move from waterfall to agile delivery methodologies, including the use and construction of MVPs to quickly prove or test new ideas
- Track record of working with senior stakeholders.
- Competent presentation skills are essential, including ability to present to large groups, managing demo's or show and tell sessions to senior colleagues either face-to-face or on calls and video conferences.
- Experience of tracking and managing delivery, reporting velocity, delivery progress, risks, issues blockers or quality concerns and then find ways of continuously improving - Experience of using agile sprint ceremonies will be highly relevant.
- A strong understanding of ERPs and enterprise eCommerce platforms (preferably Dynamics, Kerridge and SAPCC), cloud technologies and micro-service architectures including Azure and OCI would be valuable.
- Strong understanding of Digital technologies and tooling, including the latest Javascript frameworks, CSS, optimisation tools, MVT and A/B.
- Strong understanding of security-by-design and privacy-by-design
- A good understanding of mobile app development and enterprise design patterns that support this
- A good understanding of CRM and master data management would be highly relevant
- Understanding of UAT, QA and exposure to use of manual and automated test principles in a customer-facing environment would be beneficial.

**Qualifications required**
- Degree level qualification or equivalent levels of skill or knowledge
