Job Title: Floor Layer

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair various types of flooring materials, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Lay out patterns and designs according to client specifications
- Install baseboards and trim to complete the flooring installation
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure it meets industry standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a floor layer or similar role
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to flooring installation
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or floor plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during installation

**Job Types**: Apprenticeship, Full-time

**Salary**: From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to Commute:

- Warrington, Cheshire (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
