Warehouse Operative

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to progress in a high performing culture with a business that is growing rapidly. Full training will be provided, with on-the-job mentoring. A key member of the Warehouse team, your role will have varying elements including despatch of finished product, liaising with account managers on freight booking, stock control, inventory check, good in duties and banksman work along with providing cover for other team members.
Working Hours: Between 07.00 and 18.00 depending on shift status in the team. All shifts Monday to Friday.
On-site Facilities: Canteen facilities (fridge, microwave etc.), vending machines including free tea and coffee. Free on-site parking.
Remuneration & Benefits
Actual Rate of Pay: Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Overtime will be available at premium rates.
Other Benefits Profit Sharing Bonus, 20 days annual leave plus statutory days, increasing by an additional 1 days annual leave during the first 5 years of employment, contributory pension and a super flexible approach to employee support

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
