Job Summary:
As a Sales Appointment Bookings Specialist, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by generating and scheduling demonstration appointments for our field sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and persuade them to book appointments for product demonstrations. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving sales revenue.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Engage in persuasive conversation to overcome objections and secure appointments for field sales representatives.

Build rapport and develop a strong understanding of potential customers' specific needs and pain points.

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers to create excitement around our offerings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each interaction and appointment set.

Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointment bookings and conversion rates.

Continuously stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Provide timely feedback and insight to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.

Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and overcome objections.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to manage leads and track progress.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed set goals.

Self-motivated and highly organized, with great attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
