**Job Opportunity: Lead Sports Coach at Little Kickers Bristol**

**Position Details**:
**Role**:Lead Sports Coach

**Availability**: Saturdays or Sundays (every week) to start ASAP. Must be in Bristol post-September 2024

**Location**:Bristol

**Time**: 08:15 am - 12:45 pm (some locations may have slightly different start times)

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Lead Football Sessions**: Work alongside an assistant coach to deliver engaging football sessions.

**Safety First**: Ensure the safety of children and adults attending our classes.

**Efficient Administration**: Complete class registers and communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress.

**Exceptional Customer Service**: Be professional, punctual, and provide outstanding service.

**Collaborate**: Work closely with the assistant coach and line manager to create a positive coaching environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience working with young children and sports coaching is essential.

**Confidence**:Be a loud presence, leading confidently in front of children and adults.

**Physical Fitness**: This role involves leading football-based activities for children aged 18 months to 8 years.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication is key.

**How to Apply**:
**Contract Details**:
Part-Time: 4 - 9 hours per week (guaranteed hours).

**Training Rate**: While shadowing/learning to lead classes, the rate is £10 per hour or national minimum wage (for those 21 or over, it’s £11.44). Once fully trained and coaching independently, the hourly rate increases to £13.00-£20.00.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 9 per week
