**_Role: Receptionist_**
- Position available for a part-time Receptionist at a prestigious office building in Llandudno Junction._

**_Key Tasks_**
- It is the responsibility of the Receptionist to provide a professional and efficient service to support the operation of the facilities management service. _
- The specific duties will be centred on managing the phone, meeting and greeting visitors and providing an efficient contact route into the management teams. However, it is important to recognize that the role is often the first point of contact into the premises for staff and visitors alike and the professional demeanour is equally important to the detailed tasks. Welsh language skills are essential to this role._

**_Specific Tasks and Responsibilities _**
- Managing the phone, meeting and greeting visitors and providing an efficient contact route into the management teams_
- Ensure effective systems are used to support the operational needs of the Account _
- Develop efficient ways of planning and programming activities associated with the role_
- Make efficient use of standard IT and phone packages to efficiently manage own time and that of the management team_
- Ensure compliance with VINCI Facilities systems and procedures_
- Travel and accommodation booking_
- Stationary ordering _
- Meet and greet visitors and issue visitors passes_
- Full training will be provided for all activities associated with this post. Uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times in line with risk assessments and instructions issued by management._
- 17 hours per week working 08:00-17:00 Mon-Tue_
- Reception experience desired but not mandatory_
- Job Type: Part-time, permanent_
- Salary: £10.15 per hour_
- Requirements: Fluent in Welsh language_
