Architectural Technologist

**Job responsibilities**
- Preparing sketch plans
- On site measuring of buildings

**Experience**: Applicants to have experience of residential and commercial projects of various sizes and an eye for good design, especially at delivery stage, including solid knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing / specifications.

**Education / Skills**: Architectural Degree, HNC/D in Building Studies, Architectural Technology/similar,

Graduates encouraged.
