- Managing the vehicle fleet, including updating MOT sheet, congestion charge, completing daily fleet checks, FORS Compliance.
- Managing all on and off hires for vehicles, including vehicle transfers.
- Keeping up to date with all office needs, including stationary & cleaning supplies
- Day to Day invoicing to sites.
- H&S Admin.

**Transport Coordinator**:

- Liaise with sites regarding their transport needs.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all transportation needs are met.
- Maintaining records of deliveries/collections, keeping the system up to date and all files.
- Scheduling drivers’ routes.
- Communicating with sites about their deliveries/collections to ensure that they are aware of any delays in arrival times or issues with their orders.
