New England Seafood International Limited (NESI) is a highly respected, London-based importer, processor and supplier of fresh and frozen premium sustainable fish and seafood to retailers and leading food-service brands in the UK and Northern European markets. The company was founded by Fred Stroyan in 1991, and Fred remains involved in the business.

These positions will be based at our Grimsby site on a full-time, permanent basis - 4 on 4 off, 10am to 10pm.

**Responsibilities**:
Liaising with Supervisor with regards to product run times
- Completion of check sheets as and when required
- Heavy lifting of racks of fish
- Brining fish using brining tanks
- Knifehand / cubing skills advantageous
- Use good housekeeping whilst on your shift using “clean as you go”
- Ensure all your activities in the area are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Procedures.
- Ensuring that all products are at the correct quality standard and produced to the right specification.
- Reports all Non-Conformances immediately to your Direct Supervisor.

**Skills & Experience**:
Responsible for all aspects of the smoking dept tasks (multi skilled)

Racking & de-racking frozen product

Ensuring correct labelling & documentation in area

Responsible for Temperatures & all Traceability, reporting any Non-Conformities to Manager & Technical Department

Liaise with supervisors

Speed, accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work well with others
