Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in East Belfast to recruit a new fill time and permanent Junior Office Administrator to join their team

This is an entry level role

You will perform general administration duties and maintain the general office, kitchen and stationary store and be responsible for the replenishment of stock and generally keeping the office tidy.

Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Maintain all systems and procedures in both the accounts and engineering offices.

Criteria

Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Working 39 Hours per week - M-T 8.30am - 5.00pm Fri 8.30am -4.00pm
Salary will be national minimum wage
