To provide support and assistance to the Partners in the running of all General Office functions.

Transcribing digital dictations with near perfect accuracy, attending and taking notes at Client meetings and telephone / Zoom calls.

Producing written documentations (letters and official documents).

Checking and verifying incoming bills and invoices against the accounts database.

Performing %age checks on processes and procedures as specified to comply with regulatory obligations.

Dealing with the booking of Client appointments and arranging payment via electronic means of bills and monies due.

Covering for Receptionist absences (planned or unplanned).

Maintaining Leave records for all staff.

Constantly monitoring and improving the Office Manual in terms of new and developing processes to improve efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
