Job description:
We are currently looking for a HR Administrator who can support our HR Shared Service and HR Business partners with HR activity across the business, ensuring that a high quality of service is always delivered to both our external and internal customers.This is a fast-paced role with a need for someone to be methodical, organised and confident with data. This will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract.

**Your Day-to-Day as a HR Administrator**
- Processing starters, leavers and role transfers onto the HR Hub, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times to our internal customers
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

**Role Requirements**
- Proficient in the use of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to produce high-volume work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
