sure Responsible for day to day management of the bar including opening, closing and security.

Ensure health and safety checks are carried out

Have a customer care and positive attitude

Manage stock, including ordering and security.

Manage tills. Bank funds and maintain records of accounts

Maintain all beers, ciders and larger to high standard

Keep real ale and ciders to a high standard

Ensure bar is maintained to high standard

Manage staff and arrange rosters and holiday cover

Ensure guests are signed in as per club rules

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £19,500.00 per year
