Window Processor

We are currently have an exciting opportunity at our new Stoke branch and a vacancy for a Quoter / Order processor in our trade windows and doors department**.** Our business is expanding and offers a secure full time post for the right applicant.

We need a hard working, reliable and dedicated person to join our team, with lots of common sense and "can do" approach. Someone who takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail.

**Some of the tasks/skills required are**:

- Aluminium and upvc product quoting
- Order processing
- Improving processes
- Meeting and greeting potential customers
- Showing and explaining the products and services we offer
- Supporting and working with our team
- To work as part of the local team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives
- To deal with customers enquiries, orders and requirements to high standard on a daily basis
- To process, manage and ensure all company orders and requests for work is progressed effectively
- To ensure that company policies and procedures are followed

**Product knowledge**:

- **Product knowledge of UPVC windows & doors is necessary**

Usual hours of work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (overtime may be required).
