Pick Packer

**Key duties**
- Packaging, wrapping and banding products ready for dispatch. _(Report to Logistics Manager each morning to find out what if anything is being collected)_
- Ensure all fixings and weather cowls for chimneys are present and correct.
- Ensuring all route cards are completed by all departments and given to Logistics Administrator to file.
- Reporting any Quality concerns to the with QHSE Manager.
- Housekeeping - ensure work areas and walkways are kept clear. Sweep factory floor and keep dust free. Compact, bale and dispose of all cardboard. Check yard and driveway for tek screws weekly.
- Ensure manuals are provide with all machines.
- Quality check all machines:

- Check paintwork.
- Ensure all spares and accessories are present and correct.
- Checks nuts and bolts are tightly fitted, and all washers are present.
- Check route card against machine and serial plate - report any issues to QHSE.
- Take photos of machine and accessories. (Internal & External)
- Check packing list, tick off each item and sign list when complete. Give signed packing list to Logistics Administrator at the same time as you give the route card.
- Take pictures and a video of full machine including serial plate **before **wrapping and send to Logistics via I Auditor.
- Dismantle machines ready for shipping, label all parts and collate packing lists.
- Liaise with FLT operator and ensure weights and dimensions are given to Logistics Manager.- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

- Physically fit capable of manual labour

- Good communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Forklift Operators License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
