An interest in board games, card games and table-top hobbies and experience is highly advantageous. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous but not essential.

We require someone with at least 3 years experience ideally from an e-commerce fulfillment role. Role is initially part time with scope to go full time/salaried in mid to late 2024 as new product ranges are released.

As our new Warehouse & Dispatch Operative you’ll report to the director ensuring our customers get what they need on time and that online orders are picked for delivery quickly and efficiently. You will need excellent IT skills and know how to navigate e-commerce backend systems to process orders.

You will also be tasked with building box storage products when orders have been fufilled which requires a steady hand and attention to detail. You will take the upmost care to build products for customers following simple and clear instructions (training provided).

This is a physically demanding job requiring heavy lifting and moving of stock and packaging materials up multiple flights of stairs.

Some of the main responsibilities are:

- Carefully packing orders for dispatch, ensuring the correct packaging is used for the right products (We take great pride in packing our products with care and attention usually gift wrapping each order)
- Processing orders on our shop systems, Etsy & Shopwired, as well as navigating Royal Mail Click & Drop and Courier Booking sites
- Monitor and record stock levels of all products and packaging materials informing the director when popular items are running low
- Accept and unpack deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment.
- If you have design skills in Adobe design suite softwarre you may find time to design boardgame laser cut wooden inserts/organisers to help expand the companies product range when fufilment is quiet.

Successful applicants will initially take part in a short interview and then will be potentially invited to a 1 week trial which is paid if the applicant is successful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
