**Customer Service Administrator needed in Orpington, Kent (£21,000 - £25,000 per annum) DOE**

Due to expansion, we have an opening on the team here at Spy Alarms. We seek an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join an expanding, established, and successful team at our Head Office in Orpington on the Service Team.

As a key member of the team, you’ll provide first-class customer service dealing with engineers, customers, contracts, orders, and new business with both existing and potential new clients.

You will be performing vital customer support as well as administrative duties including dealing with a high volume of calls, performing basic resets over the phone, assisting with technical queries, maintenance of orders, providing costings, quotes, stock purchasing, and invoicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, and requests
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Preparing reports on the activities of the engineers
- Providing costings and quotes to the Account Manager
- Inputting of numerical data
- Stock purchasing
- Invoicing to the accounts department
- Updating systems at all times regarding queries and outcomes
- General administrative duties to Sales Director and Account Manager

As a Service Administrator, you will be working within a fast-paced and fun environment that has regular dress-down days, Pizza Friday, office days out, and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses

Joining an established and rapidly growing team the starting salary is £21,000 pa which increases incrementally up to £25,000 after the completion of 2 years’ service.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. 30 minutes for lunch and 20 days plus bank holidays which also increases by an additional day per year of service and an additional day for a good sickness record.
