- Are you a experienced and Accountable for leading a operational management team across a site?
- Can you ensure that operational capability is delivered in line with contractual requirements and to high standards of safety, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency, through the sharing of best practice, and high performing and engaged teams? If so we may have the perfect role for you
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop consistently applied, world class processes and systems, to drive performance and improvement within the operations function
- Ensure that an effective Health and Safety culture of awareness is in place across all sites in the business, and work in collaboration with the HSE Advisor to continually seek improvements
- Provide leadership and management to the operational management team across the site, driving consistency in delivery, meeting SHEQ standards, and maximising efficiencies
- Ensure that contracts and projects are delivered commercially to agreed quality and financial targets, and sites achieve their budgets and maximise financial return
- Create high performing and engaged teams, where people clearly understand their responsibilities and accountabilities and deliver on these
- Measure customer service and satisfaction and strive to consistently exceed expectations
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement by working with teams across the business
- Ensure that effective operational processes and procedures are in place and adhered to

**ABOUT YOU**
- Established and met SLA’s and KPI’s
- Experience of managing a P&L account
- Experience of producing budgets
- Experience of recognising and leading change/improvement initiatives
- Experienced in managing to customer expectations and of dealing directly with customers
- Good Health and Safety operational standards and requirements
- Good knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good operational project management knowledge
- Knowledge of budgets
- Excellent understanding of English language, verbal and written
- Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
