Trust care management have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team as a Senior Residential Care Worker located in the Peterborough area. The Home is a brand new 4 Bedded Residential Home, located in a countryside village. The Home caters for vulnerable children and young people aged between 8-17 yrs. with learning difficulties and complex needs.

In our residential homes we strive to create an outstanding and friendly, fun environment, that is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for the young people.

Currently we are seeking individuals who have experience of working in a children’s residential setting. It is important that our Senior Residential Care Workers are passionate about providing outstanding care, wish to work within a nurturing and therapeutic setting that promotes the development, of not only the young people but also the team members within the home.

The company provides a range of services within residential, nursing, and learning disability registered homes for adults. We cater to people living with dementia, mental ill health, autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, complex needs, people who may present with behaviours of concern, as well as those who are frail and elderly.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will lead and support a team of support workers in providing high-quality care to children and young people. You will supervise and manage the team's performance, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. You will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will build positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and supporting their mental and physical wellbeing through different activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license
- Experience working in children services or related fields is preferable.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
