"As a Project Leader in the Improvement team, you’ll be a proactive organiser and planner, driving forward improvement initiatives on behalf of the operational areas and the wider business. As part of the Customer Service Group, you will champion the voice of the operation and the customer and ensure that improvement and change lands effectively across the organisation. What you'll do:

- Lead on multiple, short-term or focused project, often concurrently, across Service Ops and the wider business with accountability for these projects to be delivered on-time and within scope.
- Define project vision, objectives, & scope to form a project plan to move to execution using the right change approach (i.e., Agile/ Waterfall).
- Provide project governance by documenting & engaging the right stakeholders, agreeing meeting structure, and detailing R&Rs.
- Create & manage detailed project plans and track progress providing regular stakeholder reports to ensure clear communication of milestones, risks and issues.
- Drive realisation of improvement initiatives through planning, prioritization, & management of key activities and tracking of business benefits. Agree and implement project closure plans capturing lessons learned.
- Play an active part to support and drive the departmental initiatives, lead by example to help create, shape, and deliver making the department an even better place to be.

What you'll bring:

- Passion about improving customer service and making things brilliantly easy.
- Excellent organisational & planning skills with experience of leading E2E delivery of projects where skills in change and operational readiness are key.
- Experience of project delivery best practices and project methodologies such as Agile ways of working.
- Highly professional communication and presentation skills with an ability to create and deliver a clear story or message. People skills to build & manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience delivering through others, or an ability to coach and upskill members of the team is advantageous.
- Accountability for driving your own development, and this along with Sky Values is at the heart of everything you do.
