This friendly primary school is found in Tower Hamlets, East London and is close to a tube station, local bus routes, and has a large staff car park for if driving is your preference. In this exciting Assistant Headteacher position you will be joining a specific KS2 class based on the school's need and you will be teaching alongside a friendly and welcoming Headteacher. You will have the responsibility of tracking the academic achievementand development of all pupils under your care. Your key duties will include making excellent use of the new bright, modern, airy classrooms and receiving instruction from the committed Headteacher. The chosen Assistant Head Teacher for this popular primaryschools responsibilities will include seizing the chance to enroll on numerous continued professional development and training schemes, to help develop your skills and knowledge within the system. As Assistant Headteacher you will be stepping in to take chargeof an established, and welcoming KS2 team from January 2023
The school are looking for an ambitious KS2 Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better by Ofsted in recent observations to step up into this Assistant Headteacher role. Holding previous experience in a thriving inner city school is a must for you tosucceed. You must have the skills to utilise motivational, engaging learning techniques in your teaching practice and teach in an inclusive, far-reaching way. You will possess the tools and abilities to use a positive and energetic approach into all of yourlessons and communications whilst representing this forward thinking school. The school wants teachers who can lead and has confidence in whatever they wish to execute and excel in a demanding environment. As part of your role as Assistant Headteacher at thisTower Hamlets School, you will need to show clear strengths in leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate your peers.
