Due to continued business growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for this well established innovative engineering company based in Harrogate.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams in all aspects of sales, marketing, lead generation and administration. This is a varied role and you will be a key player in the operational processes of the business.

As Sales Administrator you will work for a reputable company who is well known in their industry for providing quality products. You will be given full training on their product range and they can offer opportunity for development and progression. You will be based in a small friendly office, which can sometimes be quiet due to other members of the team being out on the road and working remotely.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a sales administration or sales support role. You will need excellent organisational and administration skills. This is a varied role and you will be involved in various areas of the business so communication skills are essential for communicating with internal departments, colleagues, suppliers and clients. You will be an integral part of the business taking control of the administrative processes behind sales, marketing and operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and issue quotations and follow up with calls
Process purchase orders
Manage incoming telephone calls
Ensure all customer records are accurate and up to date
Maintain up to date and accurate sales literature
Progress incoming sales through pipeline
Manage the internal manufacturing sheet
Maintain training records and issue training certificates
Maintain and produce reports from the CRM system
Support Marketing Executive with marketing campaigns
Support occasional sales and marketing events, exhibitions and presentations
Work within OHSAS18001, ISO9001, ISO14001 processes within the operational side of the business
Other office admin support when colleagues are on holiday

**Requirements**:
Exceptional organisational skills, able handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good numerical skills, able to produce detailed MS Excel spreadsheets
Experience of CRM Systems
IT literate MS Powerpoint, excel, word, outlook
A good working knowledge of Adobe suite preferred
Motivated and driven to succeed
A team player attitude
Good time management skills
