**Accounts Payable Assistant**

**Watford, Herts**

**Office based. Monday to Friday 9-5pm.**

Joining an Accounts team of 6, this great role holds responsibility to look after the day to day functions of the Purchase Ledger, and reports to the Head of Accounts.

**Responsibilities include**:
Matching and posting Purchase Order Invoices

Coding Manual Invoices

Dealing with self billing vendors

Respond to supplier enquiries, and first point of contact for internal Accounts enquiries

Supplier statement reconciliation

Preparing and processing payment runs and weekly and monthly credit care processing and reconciling

Expense processing

** Excel skills are essential, SAP is desired though full training is given
