We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Ticket Personnel for a one-day event in Bethnal Green on December 22, 2023. As a Ticket Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient ticketing operations for our client's event.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ticket Sales and Distribution**: Sell and distribute event tickets to attendees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding attendees, and resolving any ticketing-related issues in a friendly and professional manner.

**Cash Handling**: Handle cash transactions accurately, maintain proper change, and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.

**Event Information**: Assist attendees with event-related information, including venue layout, schedule, and any additional details they may require.

**Queue Management**: Manage and organize queues to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of attendees during peak times.

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the event staff, security, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive event experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or ticketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

**Working Hours**:
The event will take place on December 22, 2023, and working hours will be communicated upon confirmation.
