My client is an award-winning insurance and financial services company who offer high-quality products and services to a range of customers, from individual policy holders to major businesses.

For more than a century, they have provided quality insurance to customers, their families, and their businesses, as well as supporting the communities they live and work in.

This is an ideal opportunity to begin a career in the insurance industry. You will undergo a comprehensive training programme covering general insurance, the clients’ specific products and services as well as general office administration tasks.

Following the initial training, you will become a Motor and Personal Insurance Advisor within their team, playing a key role in the success of a local business, contributing to the smooth running of the office along with providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.

**Duties include**:

- Handling customer enquiries.
- Policy alterations and renewals.
- Pro-active selling of new policies.
- Cross-selling additional products and services.
- Introduce the company’s Risk Management and Financial Services products.
- General administrative duties.

**For this role applicants will need**:

- At least a 4 grade in GCSE Maths and English.
- Be friendly, professional, and hardworking.
- Confidence in talking to people.
- Keen to learn and develop.
- A positive and hardworking attitude.
- Be able to work in a team and independently.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- UK Driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,300.00 per year
