Our client, a multi disciplinary architectural practice, are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. Based in West Newcastle, this role will require some office working however can be done on a hybrid basis.

This role will provide a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a growing team. In this role, you will have endless opportunities to showcase your creativity while contributing to a diverse range of projects spanning various industries. This role promises a stimulating environment where you can drive innovation and excellence in every aspect of our work.

**The Architectural Technologist Role**

As Architectural Technologist, you will be instrumental in developing project concepts and executing designs that resonate with clients and communities alike.

Other requirements include:

- Producing high-quality drawings and designs
- Working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
- Work on a variety of projects within numerous sectors
- Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions

**About You**

As Architectural Technologist, you will ideally be a chartered professional (MICE, MIStruct, MRICS, MCIOB, MCIAT, ARB, RIBA) with experience working in a multi disciplined role.

Other requirements include:

- Must be Revit proficient
- Excellent personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrable experience working on multiple fast paced projects
- Proficient in contract administration
- Strong construction knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
