**Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Loading & unloading programs and associated jigs.
- Machine setting and carrying out cutting programs, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
- Adherence to the first-off process.
- Supporting the Waterjet area in build time reviews and product auditing activity / exercises, where required.
- Conducting daily TPM checks and ongoing monitoring the machine(s) performance, escalating issues where necessary.
- Conduct preliminary process investigation, collating details via awareness process and liaise with Manufacturing Engineering and other departments, where required.
- Support in New Product implementation & development, when applicable.
- Supporting and participate housekeeping practices and 6S methodologies within the module.
- Liaise with other modules/departments regarding build concerns/build improvement activity.

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Good interpersonal skills and can communicate to people at all levels.
- Clear understanding of the products and the ability to make decisions on quality issues.
- Can work with other departments and functions, where required.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Clear understanding of applicable processes and standards.
- Help and support others, where needed.
