As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the recruitment and placement of Non-Clinical temps to meet demand within our client hospitals.
- Experience of working in a recruitment environment as a Consultant or a Resourcer
- Strong people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner to communicate with a broad range of people
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within a busy team
- Ability to use own initiative in an appropriate manner and work without direct supervision
- Logical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work to set KPIs
