**Responsibilities**:
Garden Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks for residential and select commercial sites, including but not limited to pruning, mulching, planting, weeding, and lawn care.

Soft Landscaping: Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects that involve the beautification of spaces through planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass. Work closely with the design team to bring visionary garden concepts to life.

Tree Work: Safely conduct minor tree work, including pruning, trimming, and removal. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations - training provided.

Site Clearance: Efficiently clear sites in preparation for landscaping projects. This involves the removal of vegetation, debris, and any other obstacles that may impede the landscaping process.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Maintain open lines of communication for feedback and ongoing garden care advice.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field.

Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and garden design principles.

Ability to operate garden machinery and tools safely.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform labour-intensive tasks.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

A passion for the outdoors and creating beautiful spaces.

Relevant certifications in horticulture or landscaping will be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
