To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated **Accounts Administrator, **who is passionate about developing accounting skills and delivering exceptional support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the accounts inbox
- Maintain processing and filing of all invoices
- Checking the accuracy of invoices received
- Expense reimbursement for employees
- Maintaining orders/refund records to assist with tracking cash flow
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist Finance team with ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fantastic attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions easily in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion to work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and productivity.
- A passion to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
