**Clinical Specialist - Orthopaedics**

**Job Title**: Clinical Specialist
**Products**: Orthopaedics Implants

**Purpose of the role**:
As Clinical Support, you will be accountable for providing clinical support to the Sales Representatives across West Midlands and surrounding area, as well as providing training and supporting surgeons in the clinical use of company products.

**Responsibilities**:

- In this role you will be working closing with and supporting Sales Representatives to ensure sales targets are achieved
- You will have complete autonomy, but, with the added support of an established and performing team.
- You’ll be continually promoting the products and building positive business relations with current and potential clients.
- Throughout the job you’ll be liaising with a diverse group of stakeholders within the NHS and Private hospital settings
- You’ll deliver end user training and attend surgical procedures as requested by a customer or the Area Sales Manager.

**Experience**:
Looking for ODP's, Theatre Nurses, Surgical Assistants, Scrub Nurses, Theatre Assistants, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, or current clinical specialists who enjoy orthopaedics and everything MSK

**The Person**:

- Strong communication skills are essential and the ability to build a good rapport with people from all backgrounds
- You’ll need a passion for medical devices, especially orthopaedics
- A good business acumen would be highly beneficial
- You need to be highly motivated and able to be flexible to changeable days
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for anyone applying
- Right to work in the UK is essential - no sponsorship available (sorry)

**Package**:Up to £40k basic (DOE), great bonus scheme (not sales targets), company car, pension, healthcare, holiday etc
