Our Digital Solutions client specialises in helping global businesses realise their digital ambitions, serving both internal customers within their parent company, and externally. As their portfolio grows, they are looking for an energetic UI-UX Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the UI-UX Designer, you'll work collaboratively with other members of the delivery team and the wider business to ensure that products and services meet needs.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**- You have at least 3 years of experience in the areas of UI/UX design delivering transformative user interfaces and user experiences-
- The ability to communicate your designs and user journeys to key stakeholders both technical and non-technical-
- You are well-versed in common design tools and can handle them professionally and efficiently-
- A desire to make things happen - are motivated by having a real impact on the success of the business-
- You love to be challenged and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Like our client, you are a person of conviction and you feel like you will thrive in our culture-
- Extensive experience in fast-paced Agile environments is highly advantageous-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English advantageous but not essential**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll handle the full spectrum of users' impressions and interactions with the Company Digital brand. You will:
- Gather information about their requirementsCreate and maintain user personas, user journeys and site maps-
- Work closely with the product team and customers to validate initial solution ideas (scribbles), and drive the elaboration of concepts into wireframes and more formalised designs-
- Ensure the user experience is good cross-platform - mobile phones, tablets and computersLiaise regularly with users both internal and external to ensure designs meet their requirements and core business objectives-
- Run UI/UX workshops for internal stakeholders-
- Identify areas for improvement for existing tools-
- Redesign websites to make them more accessible and responsive-
- Ensure design standards, guidelines and best practices are adhered to-
