**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our boat, including engine repairs, electrical systems, and other equipment.
- Keep the boat clean and tidy, both inside and out.
- Ensure that the boat is safe and seaworthy at all times, and that all necessary safety equipment is in good condition.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that our clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience on the water.
- Act as skipper for our boat, taking customers out on the water and providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor the experience accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a marine or agricultural mechanic, with a strong understanding of boat maintenance and repair.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers.
- A valid boat masters license and a strong understanding of boating safety rules and regulations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays from April to September and every other weekend from October to march, as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend

- Harwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- fire fighting (preferred)
- sea survival (preferred)
- VHF license (preferred)
- ML5 or ENG1 (preferred)
- Boatmasters' Licence (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
