**ABOUT THE JOB**

Greendale Construction Ltd, are looking for an Apprentice Painter & Decorator to work at various sites across Dorset and Hampshire. Applicants must be willing to complete a level 2 apprenticeship (2 years) which will involve traveling to Southampton City College approximately 3 days per month.

Working within our well-established painting and decorating team, you will learn the trade in both commercial and high end residential properties. This will include live environments such as hospitals and schools, surgeries, heritage projects and privately owned residential establishments.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have a keen interest in painting and decorating.
- Have a genuine interest in working within the construction industry.
- Work to a high standard and be a team player.
- Have GCSE Maths and English at level 4 and above.
- Be willing and able to travel to sites around Dorset and Hampshire, and also to Southampton City College for your college days each month.
- Be presentable, polite, willing to learn and follow instruction and committed to achieving an apprenticeship.
- Practical experience would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.

Pay: £6.40 per hour
