We are in search of an experienced Mechanics Tutor to step into the role of Mechanics Provisions Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping young minds and contributing to our innovative educational setting in Mansfield.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Excellence in Education**: Elevate our construction training programs, ensuring top-tier learning experiences.
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee daily operations, curriculum delivery, health and safety, and learner safeguarding.
- **Mentorship**: Navigate challenging behaviours, supporting student success with resilience and positivity.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Qualifications**: Hold a minimum Level 4 or 5 qualification in education, health, or social care (e.g., NQT, QTS, DipSW, NQLT).
- **Demonstrable CPD**: Show evidence of continuous professional development in relevant areas.
- **Proven Experience**: Bring four years of experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in education, health, or social care.
- **Leadership Skills**: Have experience in a supervisory role within an educational, health, or social care setting.
- **Team Management**: Excel in managing teams, driving performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
