Lawn Care Operative

Greensleeves is one of the UK’s longest established lawn treatment companies & have been treating lawns for over 20 years.

We are a locally run business who take pride in offering the highest levels of customer service and attention to detail when carrying out work on customers lawns. The position will be working in and around the CB and IP29

Due to our continued growth and success we are looking to recruit lawn operatives to start ASAP.

About You:

- Fully embrace the concept of and practice of exceptional Customer Service and be proficient in working to a high standard.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working in a customer facing role.
- Well rounded, reliable and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic capable of employing a large degree of common sense.
- Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative whilst at the same time being a team player.
- Flexible to work additional or varied hours depending on the needs of the business.
- This role is physically demanding and can involve lifting and handling. Ideally, you will be used to working outdoors in all weathers.

**Qualifications/Experience -**
- A demonstrable interest in gardening/landscaping, practical/manual work and basic mechanics are also an advantage.
- NPTC PA1 & PA6 qApplication question(s):

- Do you have a full driving license maximum of 3 points?
- Have you passed the NPTC PA1 and PA6 sprayer certificates?

ualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Clean Full driver’s licence, valid to drive in the UK.

**About the job -**
- The role will include face to face liaison with customers dealing with clients’ questions and giving advice on the lawn in a professional manner.

Full training will be given to the right applicant. Uniform & equipment provided.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £21,840.00-£22,880 per year
