Ganger

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ganger to join our team. As a Ganger, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of construction workers on-site. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, including laborers, machine operators, and other tradespeople.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities, ensuring that work is distributed evenly and efficiently.
- Manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
- Identify issues or obstacles that may arise during construction activities and implement solutions in a timely manner to keep the project on track.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, manpower allocation, and any incidents or delays encountered on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Ganger or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the projects.
