**Senior Housekeeper**:

- £25000.00 gross per annum

**Responsibilities**:
ï‚- Rostering of the Room Attendants and other team members.
ï‚- Deputize in the absence of the HOD.
ï‚- Ensure the department is fully operational on a daily basis with adequate staff coverage in the morning, evening and night.
ï‚- Attend to guest complaints, requests or challenges and take appropriate actions.
ï‚- Train employees in all areas of the Department including health & safety (H&S).
ï‚- Adopt and maintain brand Standard checks on Rooms and Public Areas.
ï‚- Carry out projects as designated by the HOD; assist with Standard Operating Procedures.
ï‚- Maintain an efficient Housekeeping filing system and perform any administrative tasks as directed by the HOD.
ï‚- Create the impression of a professional & friendly hotel.
ï‚- Create awareness of the brand and product by constantly updating S.O.P.
ï‚- Record all equipment faults and report to Head Housekeeper.
ï‚- To have full knowledge of the Hotels and Company Security procedures.
ï‚- To attend all statutory Fire, Health and Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by the rules concerning Fire, Health & Safety.
ï‚- To have fully aware of your departmental Risk Assessments and ensure that you have read and signed them to state that you understand the risks.

Skills & Experience
ï‚- Previous supervisory experience working within Housekeeping in a similar environment.
ï‚- Previous experience dealing with and taking full control of Departmental trainings and H&S
ï‚- Guest focused with sound problem resolution skills
ï‚- Excellent organization skill combined with strong communication
ï‚- Able to work alone and within a team H&S knowledge for training needs
ï‚- Good eye for detail / accuracy
ï‚- Computer skills.
