Our client is family run, independent landlord and lettings company based in South Manchester dealing mostly with student lets. They are looking for a Letting Administrator/Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Lettings Administrator/Maintenance Manager Role:

- Being responsible for the day-to-day Marketing i.e. keeping adverts updated on the portals
- Managing Lead Enquiries (phoning applicants, booking in viewings etc)
- Conducting viewings
- Completing all the relevant paperwork including Guarantor Details
- Checking out/Moving in of tenant/s
- Dealing with the maintenance on properties and passing it to the right contractor.

**Skills**:

- Good time-management
- Be proficient with Technology - computers/phone.
- Adaptable and willingness to learn
- Have experience within the lettings industry
- Good customer services skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

**Skills**:

- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders
- Administrative: Proficient in performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
